Kenzie is starting college and for extra cash, she housesits for her hot neighbor - someone that she has fantasized about for a while now. His marriage isn’t the happiest and after arriving for another of their housesitting jobs, she finds that his wife has gone, leaving him alone. After he tells her that her services are not required, she is ready to leave - but before she does, he has another job for her.
